Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all items are produced specifically for each customer. Therefore, we cannot offer returns or exchanges once an order is confirmed. If an order is returned due to being undelivered or lost in transit, and the provided address was invalid, we will refund the product price only.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if the item does not match your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Email us at [email protected] with photo proof of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.
Undelivered Items / Resends
In cases where Royal Mail or another courier returns an undelivered item to us, we will notify you to arrange a redelivery. Returned items will be stored for 30 days, after which they may be donated to charity if no action is taken. If redelivery is required due to an incorrect or unclaimed address, the cost of redelivery will be charged. This applies to both the customer and the end recipient. Any shipment returned due to an insufficient address will also incur a charge for redelivery.
